This is an orginal Dag's Rags! This skirt was shorten to start with and the bottom is long gone on another skirt. It looked boring..so I added a Teal Mesh to the front attached with buttons and butterflies, also a white lace at the botton of the mesh skirt part. It is 18/20 and 28 inches long....there is only one of this design....
